Question What is this???

I was changing plugs today and pulled the batt. out and on the Lt side where the strap connects there is a small plug w/ 2 little Red buttons just tuck behind some wires and side cover. I push them both in and they stayed in. I left them alone and I started it and everything seemed fine..

Just wondering if its a reset buttom for the computer or maps...

They are seal pins-they seal the ends of unused connectors-the connector your loking at is the connector for the positioning lamp on export vehicles

Could these pins be used as a 12V power supply for something else with the right connector
