Vibration

Hello,
My ride is a 2001 Big Dog Pro Sport.
Just had the starter replaced last week .
Get the Bike back and it's vibrating way more than usual. My bike is Rubber Mounted with a TP 107 and it does vibrate some as I run a Thunder Header and it has 108 HP and 116TQ. However, since I got it back from having the starter replaced it really VIBRATES. If I roll on the throttle it vibrates for the first couple of thousand RPM's then smooths out some. I've always been able to see out of my mirrors now they vibrate more than my old Sporty.

My question is could this be caused by somethng that was or wasn't fastened or done during the starter install?
Or is it a worn rubber mount?

Also I want to replace the Front rubber mount and the BD service manual doesn't have any information on this, like part numbers, etc.
Does anyone know where I can find this out?

Thanks for any insight.
Bry P.

If definitely sounds like some loose bolts. I would check every fastener I could see and make sure.

As to the type of motor mount, it's likely that B/D used something akin to the HD stock item. I would remove the mount and visit an HD dealer for a match up. You could also call J&P and ask. They probably have on in their catalog.

Good luck.

Im thinking they forgot to TQ the comp nut or the clutch pack nut. Or maybe the primary chain was left too lose.
