Help, where do the tubes get connected for the voes switch on a 1997 softail?

The vacume line will go onto the top of the carb. You will see a brass fitting with a slight bulbus end to it. Usually the line will go from the carb to a T fitting. One side will go to the VOES, the other side will go to the vacume petcock.
