I suspect you're asking a different question though.
If you're asking about "dome volume", then the answer depends on which piston you have. Assuming it's a flat top, then what DBChoppers said.
To calculate compression though, you'll also need to know cylinder head combustion chamber volume, compressed head gasket thickness, and deck height of the piston.
You can go to Big Boyz site and use their displacement/compression calculator to get a very close approximation.
