I'm pulling my 114 down to balance the crank, I'm going to balance the crank on the edge of the work bench while I install the new one, lol

213 front
After Two short heat cycles.
After the first heat cycle , it stalled the starter @ 150 rear.
Did the second heat cycle and charged the batt. For the above numbers.

If it stays here , it will be golden.
Seen one that is 240 ccp now, start out @ 218ccp
Sounds quieter than it was before. I found the rear exhaust push rod was rubbing.

Thought my 120 compression was going to be to high but after seeing your numbers,should be just fine.662-2 cams,86cc heads,.040 head gasket should put me in the correct compression.

put 35 miles on it seating the rings. all on the dyno. made a few tuning changes as I went along. the bike is nowhere near dialed it.
did a pull and this is where it is at.
clutch isnt liking the xtra power
red is new pistons
blue is the Fang with flat tops.

I like the last one, looks like what the 120 does to a stock clutch. Looks like your having fun Jim. Get that sucker dialed in and save me a week on your schedule this winter for a "visit" by big blue

OK, so in laymens terms, seeing that there was head work done to the heads on jims motor, will I expect the same results from my 120? I all ready have 8.5K happy miles on my motor and would love to see my pistons look that good when I eventually break my top end down

I think the tune,and venting to a catch can has a lot to do with the condition of the parts.

I have the drago fang exhaust on it.
Tpp installed and its hooking up better
