Question Screamin' Eagle stage 1 kit

Just want to be sure not to screw anything up.
I am going to install the stage 1 air cleaner kit
First the instructions say to remove the Maxi Fuse. ?
Then it warns that the ECM has to be recalibrated.
Does a fuelpack or vied do the same thing, or do I still need to recalibrate the ECM.
The bike is a 2012 FLD 103. With a Vance&Hynes 2 into 1
muffler.
I know this has been asked and answered just want to double check thanks

Never needed to pull the fuse doing anything like that. Get a Power Commander to help with performance and to run cooler. If you want to make any other upgrades later, the Power Commander can be remapped to handle your changes.

Thanks Savage. The fuse thing kind of threw me.

Most of, if not all manuals, instructions for installation of equipment start out with.
" disconnect battery". I think there is more than one reason for this. Me personally I don't think they take the time to print this because they have extra ink that needs to be used!
