Here's some pictures of the Baker products we received today. The clutch definitely look beefy and up to the task! This units will be installed behind a 120R that we pulled the heads on to install manual compression releases on, installed a set of the Gaterman 1023 performance lifters, a set of Feuling's .120 wall adjustable pushrods and we have a set of Glide pro mounts on the way as well as an Alloy Art TXR brace. Everything is going into a factory 2002 Screamin Eagle Road King.

Very nice...clutch looks like it could handle a lot more then a 120 build I should have gone with the OD6. I went with the DD6 insted. I understand the OD6 is rated for higher HP

I would check the main out put seal on that trans last complete unit I got it leaked like hell. If you pull the spacer out and the seal does not have the serrations on the lip replace it....

Thanks do the tip, Steve. I did get their heavy duty inner primary bearing also. Don't know that it's necessary but they threw it in so what the hell, can't hurt I suppose.

I went to baker and checked out the od6. Looks very good. Ya got to love it when a maker tells you that when you team up there N1 tranny with an elect shifter it is "slicker then snot"!!!!!

Now all I have to do is work on a extra 60lbs of tq.

I see this thread made the flyer email sent out to the members of the forum. After fighting some kind of shitty illness (yes there's a pun here). I finished this build and got in some heat cycles and a few miles on it yesterday afternoon. The clutch and trans feel really nice! Very smooth and posture shits and the clutch feels good. I'm currently running in alternate pattern of the light and medium springs with the clutch. I have not gotten to really crank on the throttle yet or any dyno time but seems to be holding good so far and lever pull is slightly heavier than stock.

The OD6 is good for 150 or 160lbs of continuous torque I was told. (I can't remember if he said 150 or 160)
