No worries. Why don't you used closed loop? Is it hardware, software, or some combination thereof?
Springer, please weigh in on this too.

Interesting thread... I tune quite a few cars using the F.A.S.T. XFI 2.0 system in closed loop mode, with no issues. I'd really like to get my chance to compare how a H-D differs.

Got a question. Why is the 110" motors run hotter ? Even with a tune it is still hotter than my 117" with the woods 408-6 cams. Is it the cams in the 110" creating the heat ?

The 255's don't have much overlap. (25deg) so that is something to consider.
You say it is tuned and still hot. Is it a closed loop tune?
Even with the 255's it shouldn't be to bad after a good open loop tune.

That XFI 2.0 with the new RHS intake and port inj system is going on the little sbc in my truck. We put the engine on the dyno with a 850 carb it made 592 hp and 557 tq. Not bad however with both stages on the bottle the power went 902 all in. That system has way more options for extras than the HD set ups. In time maybe they get them added.
Nothing like closed loop on HD with stock sensors..

Good info., thanks. Is there a demo of the TTS somewhere that I can see the format & options available within the software?
FWIW, I know that SRTS uses the PowerVision together with Autotune to make some insane & very rideable HP/TQ on their turbo bikes. A 96" T/C making 200+ at Daytona last year, after riding it there...

Air-cooled vs. liquid-cooled... I know in the XFI I can change some parameters based on coolant temp, ie. injector offset. Can you make changes in the TTS, etc. based on cylinder head temp.?

The update for the SE Pro tuner for 2012 also has adjustment for spark advance in respect to head temps.

Not sure Jim don't have it/the map and it looks like he only did 6 runs. We all know you can not tune a bike in 6 runs. It does run a little cooler, but not much. I need to get it done right.
Would like to try cycle Rama 575 cams, but not sure what else needs to be changed.
