OK, did a little more reading and now have a clear understanding of what the diverter does. Seems that if the hardware is priced right, the diverter would be an upgrade to the OEM system and a worthwhile addtion to any TC motor, regardless of configuration.
When will the diverter be available?

Available now. I was told back when the prototype were tested , I would get one of the first production run to try. So I haven't had a chance to talk to them , but mine was shipped when they came in , so I assume the first shipment arrived . If they haven't sold out yet they should have some available now.

I'm getting a bypass valve to try. Going into an R&R camplate. My 408G cam is a rattler....who knows it this will tame the noise.

Certainly poses the "acid test" if this device purports to help reduce valve train noise. Please report your results and be sure to have the oil just as hot as it was when sampling previously.

Purchased one for my winter project. Spoke to Axtell and it sure makes sense, time will only tell. Hope this does not turn out like my Nikasil cylinders!!!

I installed the Axtell bypass in my Road King Sunday; very happy with the significant reduction in noise. It is a shorter part designed to work with an R&R camplate. I’m using a 408G and while it is a great performance cam, the I consider the valve train noise embarrassing. Took about 3 hours to install the valve. Had to remove floorboards, and Boarzilla to get to the cam chest cover. I left the camplate on the bike. Biggest hassle was getting the old valve out of the camplate. Bore was deformed at the roll-pin hole. The valve hung-up on the roll-pin hole. I didn’t have the right size drill, so I used the Axtell valve/cartridge to de-bur the hole. Then I pulled the lower front pipe plug and used compressed air to push the old valve out. There’s still some valve train noise, however the noise that sounds like misadjusted solid lifters is gone.

I got mine in.
I went from 4-5 psi at idle to 11-12 psi now.
top end noise is way better. its as quiet as I have ever heard it.

This is good news iam glad that its working for you guys. Iam gonna get one for my SE camplate. My cams do make some noise but not much. Seems to me any improvment with the oiling system be it our V-Twin or whatever we drive or ride is a step in the right direction. Thank you for posting your results and pictures..
