Bolt in cam for stock 103"

I've got an '09 FLHTPI that I'm looking to just simply bolt a cam into. I don't need anything crazy...just the biggest I can stuff in there without having to worry about changing valvetrain or the like...just want to change it out in a couple hours...I do realize that I may have to get a tuner. Right now, all I've done is get the Stage 1 Flash(timing), a high-flow aircleaner, RB Racing header, and nightrider.com XiEDs(yes, they work wonderfully). I know I don't have all available ponies, but it sure runs a heck of a lot better than stock. Any opinions?

Sooo many good choices, you'd have to try to screw this up.
Andrews 48 or 54
Woods 222, 5-6, 555, 777
Cyclerama 575
Sykes SP232

I hope to put the CR575 in my 2010 96" but these are ALL really good choices, look at the specs and see where you want your power to come on. Cams with intake closing at under 40 degrees tend to make power the soonest or at lower RPMs. I'd stay with the cams in the 30's as far as intake closing for an otherwise stock engine (Stage 1).

Don't rule out the Crane 1-6000 or a SE204. Both will run well w/o headwork and stock comp. What RB pipe do you have?

check out the S&S 510 gear cam. this eliminates the cam shoe.
its the largest cam for the twin cam before you do any head work.
i really like it in my '09 tri-glide. while your in there
you might try a beisley oil spring. that would raise your idle oil pressure.
& if you have the $$ install a set of adj, pushrods
ALWAYS INSTALL NEW LIFTERS WITH A NEW CAM. old lifters track their wear onto the new cam.

99 to 05 will take up to a .510 lift cam max. after 06 you can go to a .575 lift cam max.

Andrews 57, high lift version(.560") of the 37. If I was to be in your shoes I would just stop looking and put those in.

'99-'04 will take up to .510" lift, maybe a bit more, just have to check for coil bind. Beehives introduced in '05 and max lift increased to .570", again, could be a bit higher, just have to check for coil bind.
