Who has the most reasonable (cheapest) price on the CP 98-10 piston. I'm ready to pull the trigger and take it to a 98". Please let me know.

Many shops sell cp and other manufacures 98ci kits. GMR, Hyperformance, Deweys heads, axtell, hillside etc....... Don't always go for the cheapest way out, look to a well know reliable machine shop for the work and assistance.

I think I got A set of CPs you might need... I built A 107 so I had to go with A different piston but I have A brand new set for A 98.... I even got the cylinders...

You can't beat GMR. I just did Steve's 98 kit with his CNC heads. It was everything he said it would be. I am very happy.

Ditto on that...Just had set of 98" 10cc CP pistons ordered from Randy...A little kiss on the intake valve relief at no charge ..That's what you can only get from an actual brick and motar operation, not an online voice mail service. Also, shipped next day...bonus.
Cheers!

Your best deal is from the machinist that is doing the boring of your cylinders. If he is good, he will bore to the pistons. This is not the place to cheap out.

Take you a glass of water. Make it against the law. See how good the water tastes. When you can't have any at all.
Just sayin..........

GMR bores the cyl to the piston, fits the rings and installs the rings on the pistons. You just have to clean the cyls and assemble. They also have custom made Cometic head gaskets for the 98" bore. They do not use the SE 110 gaskets so you don't have an extra gap at head gasket to collect carbon and cause incorrect compression calculation. I don't know of anyone else doing custom 98" head gaskets. IMO, this is just Steve's extra attention to detail that sold me on doing business with him.

Got mine from Randy @ Hyperformance Bored the Jugs and fit the Pistons and set ring gap. Got them in both bikes and he did a great job at a fair price.

Just a note here if you do get them from Randy make sure you get it in writing what your getting and what the price is. I just went for another set and his memory must be fading. And I was made to feel like a liar,
