On the S&S if you remove the drain on the bowl you'll have access to the main jet. S&S makes a special tool to get it out but a straight slot screw driver works also. Be careful there made of brass. You'll have to remove the bowl to get the intermediate out. Go to the S&S web site and they'll tell ya all about it.
