Fueling 525 cam on 08 streetglide

Whats up guys... Anybody using the fueling 525 Reaper cam on a 08 bagger? Just about ready to do a little work. Have V&H 2-1 pro pipe, PCIII and K&N air kit. Was going to install 30 tooth trany pulley, but now going to use Baker 31 tooth. My cam choice was going to be the Andrews 54, but this Reaper is looking pretty good. Any thoughts or experiences you can share? Thanks.

I have an 07 Street Glide that I just bumped to a 103. I had the heads street ported by Big Boyz and put in the Fueling 525 cam. The rest of my set up consists of V/H true duals w/ quiet baffles, se air intake, Daytona TCFIII comp w/ autotune, HPI 51mm throttle body w/1.710 runners (heads were port matched), and Ultra Cool oil cooler. Im not sure what the cams would do for a 96 incher, but they work really well on a 103 with 10:1 compression. Plenty of power from take-off to limit at 5800 rpms. The engine does not lug in 6th gear when running at 55mph. I used to keep the revs at 2500rpm, now I can run down to 2000rpm(great when cruising). I can even pull away from my brother-in-law on his 03 Honda VTX 1800 from at least 0-80 mph, and he is not happy about be left behind by a Harley. The engine runs very smooth, no more decel popping, and temps are much cooler. After the last run I measured engine temps with an infrared thermometer and the exhaust measured 270 degrees at the heads on both pipes. I was shooting for a reliable build with smooth power on a mild build. I am very happy with the results so far.

Hey Polo, Interested in how you like the Baker 31 tooth pulley?
Do you have to dhange the drive belt with this swap?
Please let us know about the swap.

Are Baker cams and Fueling cams the same thing?

On my 08 FLHX I went with an Andrews 30 tooth tranny gear and went with a 70 tooth rear pulley and used the same belt. Got rid of that factory cush pulley. Pulls like a monster now. Very happy with the results. No more lugging in sixth gear and did away with the constant 6-5th down shift. I also found a bagger brace from Grey Area Technoligies for less than $150.00, and boy did it make the world of difference in the ride. No more rear wheel wobbles in lines or ruts in the road, and corners 100% better.
For a great pulling torque cam from 2200 rpm until you let go...I found the Tman 625's to be monsters...and quiet as stock.
Just my 2 cent...from No Cents.
