T-Man 590 Cams
My son has a 09 FatBob. Ness Big Sucker, SERT, V&H Short Shots.
72 HP 84 TQ
He's going 103 with some hand-me-downs.
From me:
Big Boyz ported stock heads off my 07
S.E. cast flats (look fine, gonna bore his stuff to them)
I made 96/107 with them using Andrews 54's & Rinehart 2:1's.
I also ran a .40 head gasket.
He wants to break 100 hp. I told him those pipes don't help.
He's gonna run .30 heads gaskets.
I told him I did 96 hp with a B motor, his A might do better.
He's thinking a little more cam. I know he'd have to change springs, but is 10.1 ~ 10.2 compression gonna be enough to run the T-Man 590's? His website chart wasn't nessesarily clear about it, it only mentioned 10.6 to 10.8 on a 95" to make it work. It's too late to call & it's Saturday. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?
Thanx!
