I got a gerolamy overflow air filter coming, I need a backing plate for a 2008 street bob, I dont want to buy a stage 1 kit because I dont need the filter, I just want the round filter backing plate. Which backing plate do I need? Whats the difference between the stock or SE backing plate? does anyone have one for sale stock or aftermarket? Thanks David

EBay sells them by the dozen. Ness seems cheapest.
The backing plate that comes with the SE A/C kit is a silver metal. You can contact your local dealer to get the part number for your bike so you know your getting the correct version.
If you don't want to deal with e-Bay, HD sells the backing plate. You can order it in chrome or wrinkle black. Get it from Zanotti's and save 20%. Good luck...
