just a quick one

Will 2007 take-off 96" cylinders/pistons fit a 2005 FLHR to make it a 95?

Will they interchange?

No. The cylinders will fit and are the same as the 88". The pistons have a different compression height since the stroke in the 96" is longer. In the 88"/95" the stroke is 4.000" but the bore is different. In the 96", the stroke is 4.375".

They do interchange, but will have to be bored for the 95"(same bore as the 103")

The question was if the 96" cylinders AND pistons will make it a 95". That answer is NO. The pistons will not work in that application and will not make it a 95" regardless if you bore it or not.
