Se 110 & Se 113

Has HD fixed the problem with SE 110 iron cylinder sleeves seperating from the cylinder casting. Also are the 113 inch cylinders the same 110 cylinders, just bored larger. In the SE catalog there is a statement that the 113 cylinders cannot be used in a previous 110 bike, does anyone know why?

Because the 113 cyl is 4.060" and the 110cyl is 4.00". I've had the the SE 113 cyl's for 40,000 miles, half of them pretty hard miles and no weeping whatsoever.

I understand the difference on the bore diameter. Is the outside spigot diameter different which would mean the 113 cylinders are not the same 110 cylinders bored out larger.

The outside diameter is different. The 113 is NOT a bored out 110 cylinder. No offense to 113 owners but I'd do 4.125 Axtell cylinders before those 4.060's. They've been shown time and again to not be very good, tapers, barrels, etc. The Axtell is much more stable and you're boring the case anyway for a 113. Just my opinion, I could be wrong

It's all about how much money you want to spend. So what happens to the O-ring when you bore out the case to a larger diameter.
