Cam choice

What do you guys think of running a tw6 cam on a 2007 roadking classic, 103 bigbore kit,D&D 2into1,
Anyone with this set up or have an idea what kind of numbers it should make?

Forgot to mention I had the heads port & polished.
Wondering how it performs compared to the SE255

Anybody with experience with the both?

The Wood 6 will smoke the 255's.
Your combination will work very well indeed, as time has shown.

I have had both. But, it's comparing apples to oranges (in my set up). My original 103" had SE 255 cams, V&H Big Radius, no headwork. Made 82/102. Swapped to Wood TW6G-7 (gear drive version of TW6-6), added Baisley Heads, and Fat Cat. Made 100/112.

You may want to look at the andrews 54 as well. I see that you are in Texas, so heat and fuel quality is not like other areas. Both are great cams, the 54 is less money, has a slightly later closing point, and more lift.

The pipe has discs on the end that you can increase or decrease to adjust amount of back pressure

I have(had til totaled three weeks ago) an 08 with 6-6, hillside heads, supertrap at 103", awesome combo, super wide tq band that just keeps pulling like a freight train from hi 2's all the way to the limiter. Want a real kick in your 07 or later, put in the 30 tooth trans pully
