HPI fitment issue
This is not my day.First,my VPC install needs a death grip to pull lever.
So I move on to the throttle body install and this is not going to happen.Bolt holes don't line up and it seems that runners are not quite lined up. Anyone face this type of problem? TIA

Did you shave your heads and use a thinner head gasket on your build? If so the TB needs to be trimmed. A block of wood and some sandpaper works.
What spring are you using with your VPC? My grandma could pull my clutch lever easily.

Stock heads and cylinders.Stock throttle body goes back in just fine. Barnett spring replaced OEM.

New TB may be wider than the stock TB. You may have to shave it evenly on both sides until it fits. Not a big deal.

Sounds like you can get away with a lighter clutch spring.

This is all on a 107" build going with a bigger throttle body and more clutch.

And you didn't shave your heads or use a thinner head gasket? Lowering your heads will make the TB sit lower in the "V", which is narrower than it used to be.
