Looking for low to midrange cam....EVO

I have an 80 evo with Screamiing Eagle heads with .575 lift. Im looking for a cam that pulls in the low to strong midrange - I want to take advantage of the lift of the heads - looking for suggestions. Its going into a 96 roadking modified CV, Crane HI 4e ign. Samsons slipons, going to change those pipes later. Looked at the EVL 5005. Also looked at the HQ-25 but then I could not find it on their website - not sure if it is still around. Im sure someone has some good suggestions

Thanks Roadhog96

If you're looking for more low-midrange, those SE heads aren't going to do you any favors with those big intakes. A friend had 'em and after a couple 3 cam changes, settled on the Crane 290H for the most low end.

Someone around here suggested the 290H a while back to me. Im running the EV3 now. As far as the heads go - Im in it now and I would loose money anyway trying to get rid of them. I know I want to send the heads off and have them CC,ed and cleaned up a little - Would I benefit with this cam by milling the heads to give a slight compression boost?

That cam will also jump to life, again, at 9,5:1 or better.

mtnmotorrider is an unknown quantity at this point
If those are the same SE evo heads I ran on my Softail (1.90 intakes, 72 cc), I got great results with 10.1 CR and both the Red Shift .559 and Andrews EV 5 cams. This was on an 88" motor with RB Racing 2-1 pipe. As I recall, 88 HP, 92 FPT. Red Shifts came on earlier then the EV 5, but gave up sooner. I liked them better though, for quicker accelleration. They are noisy, but you get use to it. I had to shim the stock SE valve springs to 175# seated pressure, as recommended by Zippers. They love those cams and use them in their 80/80 package.
