Question RevTech 110 advice/opinions for mods

I did a search for Revtech before I posted this as to not annoy others with dead horse beating.
Has anyone taken the time o figure out with a dyno what combo of A/C, pipes and ignition get the highest numbers out of the Revtech 110"?

I read lots of opinions on here from what "feels" right to various people. I know from the automotive world that what feels intuitively one way may be wrong. Sometimes people get opinions on things they "heard" from people they thought credible.

I see lots of anti-hypercharger posts but does anyone have printouts of exactly what happens?
What are the best performance pipes for this engine? and why?

Will changing any of these things get me any noticeable gains?

Discuss and thanks in advance for sharing with us less experienced bike guys.

Well the 110 engine is best left fairly close to stock. There are some modes that can be done to help it out some but i would not push it too hard. As for pipes, we have run them with several combos that have worked very well. The thunder header has work very good, as well the fat cat, and the supertrapp. We have run them with drag style pipes as some of the engines we install where in chopper style bikes. A bike that is extremely short and lacking baffle is not going to be a good street pipe due to lack of back pressure. The 110 is a street engine with it's rather low compression and cam. Nothing wrong with it but dont try to make something out of it that it is not.

Choosing a pipe is often more about looks, or sound than performance. Many people are willing to give up some power for a certain look, or raspy sound. A pipe that is loud and has a great sound ( I think) is the t-header. With some minor tweaking of the baffle you will be able to tune it well and have great sound and power.
