Dies out-Idles races

I have a stock except (slip-ons) 2009 FLHTCUI, 25,000mi. Had a PC-V and SE breather, I returned it to stock condition as a process of elimination..No help
Within the last week It's started to have an intermittent problem nearly every time I ride. When warmed up and cruising it will die for less than a second, the speedo will drop to zero then return to actual speed.

After this occurs the idle is very high 2,000 -2,500. there are no engine lights or unusual security lamp behavior.

It appears (to me) to be electrical the Batt. less than 3mos. old, I cleaned and tightened the connections. I cleaned the TB connection harness and used Dielectric grease a few months ago, after reading about it on here.

Any thoughts before I make a trip to the dealer to have it diagnosed ?

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. Did you bump a vacuum line on the intake?

Check the main wiring harness connectors under the seat . I had that problem on a '05 FLHTCUI and it was because of connectors not making good contact.
