Hi. I'am new and I need help.
I would like to say hello to everyone And I need a little help. I have a 2007 Road King with a 96" engine. I installed a Woods TW6-6 cam with a +4 gear. When I raise throttle from idle to around 2000 rpm I get a popping out of the exhaust on the front cylinder. It will not do it all the time. Any help would be nice.

I would suggest you get the bike tuned by a competent tuner.

I realize this may be a little too late but... I hope you have done your research on that tuner. Lots of guys call themselves tuners & will take your money, few actually know how to do it right and will take the time to do it right.

does it hiccup then pop? if so it is lean in that area.
no way around buying a tuning device and tuning it with that set up.

Sorry it took so long to reply, but I will start from the the top again. I have a o7 with 96 engine,se air cleaner,vh true duals,vh oval mufflers and commander.I had it tuned and it was 75.88 power & 93.42 torque. I installed a Woods TW6-6 cam And a +4 gear. Now it was tuned by the same guy and it shows 72.17 power and 92.27 torque. he said the mufflers are the trouble.Maybe I have to much cam.It pulls from 2000rpm to 4000rpm and stops at 72 hp and stay flat to 5500 rpm.

So if I read this correctly the cam/advance gear setup actually lost power?, how do the torque curves compare? Would be interesting to see the difference with a decent exhaust, chances are the stock head pipes and cheap slip- ons would perform better.

I went through something similar with my 54h cams and found out it was the lifters giving up. I had my motor torn down twice by two Harley dealers trying to fix my crank cases leaking oil and they both missed the bad lifters.
