Iridium plug photos

Here they are at give or take 4000 miles.
Look at my sig to see what I'm running.
The Fuel Pak looks like it's pretty close.
The plugs were spotless clean before the fuel Pak
not even white or anything.

Went on a ride today. 332.3 miles 6.974 gallons of fuel 47.6 MPG.
2-up the entire ride.

I use the stock plugs, but they look just like yours. It implies that the front is a bit rich,and the rear a bit lean. I don't know if it is good or bad. My bikes seems to run great.

Vindex, what's that stuff look like up close, say, under a magnifying glass? Is it powdery? Lumpy (tiny lumps, as opposed to powder)? Near as I can tell in the pic, it looks as though it has a fine sand texture. Can you wipe it off with your fingers?

The only stuff that color I'm accustomed to seeing in a combustion chamber is aluminum. If so, if it were my bike, I'd have a look with a scope inside the combustion chamber. But that's just me - I worry about stuff I can't explain.

Or it may be something else - can't really tell from just a picture.

I'm not sure. It's more white than gray. I don't remember it rubbing off.
