103 big bore
I highly suggest Jason at Fairbolt HD for tuning that bike. I have just the 103 cyl. flat top pi. Andrews 37H cams 10to1 com. and HD race tuner. The bike runs real smooth. 95.5 hp. 108.90 tq.

JMHOP, for the money spent & the gain you will get it's not worth it.Go with the 107 or 110 with a private Indy;the better results will be worth the money!!

If you're set on a 103" you should consider an independent shop who does performance work. You'll save money and gain performance. I just nuked my 95" and went to a local performance shop to get his input...I needed a flywheel assembly so I went with a stroker flywheel setup. The builder ported my SE Performance heads and changed the valves to manley's next larger size (1.95 and 1.6) but the builders here can work your stock heads too. We went with Wiseco Domed stroker pistons and an Andrews 55 cam on the new Roller chain conversion set up. He tuned it last week and it basically hits110 TQ at 2400 RPM's. peaks at 115 and stays over 110 until 5200. The HP peaks at 110. It runs great in town and pulls like a freight train when I roll the throttle. The SE setups need a lot of work to get the performance that the indy shops can give you for a lot less money.

+1 on Jason. He is good. I think the Dealers are all starting discount winter build projects if you want a dealer to to the job. I did a 103 build with T-man heads and cams. I ended up with 100 horse and 110 torque. I am happy with the build, but if I were to do it over, I would do the 107! Good luck with the project.

a well planned and made 103 should be good for 110 hp/tq this is great on bikes like dynas ,here in oz the roads and cops make it difficult for the high horses
