adjusting spring tension on fly by wire?
I haven't got a service manual yet and I'm curious; is it possible to adjust the tension on the throttle?

That's a darn good question. I have a service manual for my 09. I'll look into it.

I stopped by Fuel-Moto today and Jamie was unsure but he thought not, he thought that my best answer would come from an HD dealership.

I was also curious about this. I asked the service advisor at the dealership about this and he said there was no adjustment. Doesn't mean there isn't but that's what he said.

I pawed through the 2009 Service Manual and, unless I skipped over it completely, there doesn't seem to be anything in there about it.

The tension spring is located within the Throttle Grip Sensor. With one in hand, I can see no adjustment.

Correct, no adjustment and a sealed unit for a good reason.

Anyone got a old unit they don't want, like to see one to see what could be done to make it adjustable!

2010 models feature an 'A' revision of that part. Check the dealer showroom.
