Sumping???

Help!! Just put SE204 cams in my '07 Streetbob. Did the B168 bearing upgrade. Read the manual line by line even used the oil pump pins to line up the pump. Seemed to run good, took it down the road about 3 miles oil light cam on and the engine stumbled so I shut it down. It does restart. I pull the dipstcik and the is NO oil showing in it. Is this sumping in the worst condition. Bike has 3800 miles on it. What should I do or check.

I would start by pulling the cam plate and checking the order of assembly of the oil pump gears, spacers/washers etc. other than that, make sure the oil pump to case o-ring is intact and properly installed.

claydbal will become famous soon enough
ditto on the o-rings. 2 small ones on left side, 1 big yellow one back of pump at 7 oclock. also as bvbob says, dump the parts from the pump , inspect, stack correctly.

Well it gets worse. I was looking at my old inner cam bearings and there are two needles missing from one bearing. So I dropped the bike off at the dealer so they can split the case and find them. Anyway thats for the help.

Just to make sure I'm making the right move, the 204's look to be a decent all around cam right?
