dyno tuned

I had my 08 road king classic dyno tuned by Rosa's, i have a power commander with jackpot slip ons and a k and n air filter im gettin 89 max torque but my question is the bike isn't popping but when i decel i can hear all the exhaust pressure inside the mufflers is this normal.nalmost like it wants to pop but it doesn't
