Hey,
Just curious of how everyones gas mileage compares to mine. '07 street bob with SE filter, SE mufflers and canned SERT map and I average 136 miles to the tank. That is roughly 28 miles a gallon with my 4.8 gallon tank. That is mostly city driving. I am interested how yall are doing.

The best I have gotten out of my 2007 Fatslug (fatboy) is 35.8 miles to the gallon.

(252km/16.5 litres) which is 15.27 km's to the litre.

That was running at 74.5 mph (120kph)

I dont know how these Ultra riders on this and other forums get 45-50 miles to the gallon running at 75 mph all the time

Maybe the Gas (Petrol/Fuel) is better in the USA

Mine is with a Thundermax and is leaned out to 14.2 in the cruising range as well.

Mine hasn't changed since I went up to a 103 Stage II /SERT with SE street perf slip-ons on my 07 FLHX. Average 2 up is 42-43 best solo 46mpg
Worst 40mpg .

wow...streetbob getting 28mpg...I would get that checked out, something does not sound right,,,,you should get 40+ with that setup...I get 40+ on my Fatboy, V&H BSS Stage 1...I know I am running a little lean,,,my brother gets about 35mph with a power commander pouring gas down his moto, with stage 1 on his delex...I would get it checked out....your pipes discoloured??

My warning light comes on at about 145/150. Though sometimes its not quite at 4 gallons.

Seems like I am getting 38-40.

I get the RPMS a little high I am rarely below 3k. f you use 6th and get the RPMs real low, you could probably get could #s. But at those RPMs you couldn't pull away from a running dog.

I get around 43 mpg on a 07 Deuce. D&D Fatcats, breather, SERT. Stock was same MPG.

my 06 fatboy gets around 40. stage 1 s.e. pros. just cruised yesterday to the catskills, got 44

I kept a trip log on the Sturgis trip. I averaged 43.3 MPG over 2283 miles on the Ultra. This included a lot of riding in the hills and a trip thru the Rockies in Estes Park.

Just finished a 1250 mile trip. Averaged about 42 on the highway doing 70-75 MPH. Got about 40 doing rural riding (35-55 MPH). This was on a RK Custom with 2-up and about 25 lbs of luggage. I have a 95" BB stage II w/ Rinehart duals.

I too find it hard to believe Ultras are getting upwards of 50 MPG. Must be going downhill. A lot of people that quote mileage estimates for cars as well as motorcycles in my opinion don't consistently check the mileage to give accurate results. Friends of mine that I compare truck mileages with think checking one tank of gas gives them an accurate read of their mileage. Factors like gas quality and how consistent you are on topping the tank at the same point each time affect the results. I just rode up to the UP of Michigan and getting good high grade along the way was a challenge.

'07 Springer with SE mufflers, all else bone stock, 48 mpg. I fill it till the gas touches the baffle, and never ride with hard throttle.

40 city 50 hwy northern indiana, ultra, se a/c and b&e 1.75" superflows with #78 canned map, 65 mph, mileage goes down as speed goes up.

Maybe it's the 6 speed trannys? I know on my trip I could have used one on the highway.

I'm running the standard StageII 103 setup. Currently getting 43mpg in 75% highway/25% parking in traffic. Up until around 3500 miles I averaged between 35-38 mpg.
