Question Oil Tank Change - Specialist Tools ?

Hi, 2000 fatboy and I wanna change the oil tank, looking thru the manual it suggests some bloody harley only tool is required to get the oil lines out without damaging them. Has anyone changed their oil tank and offer any advice ?
Any help appreciated

U don't need no stinkin tool!!

I've changed mine out and no tool is required
pull the chrome covers away from the tank, squeeze the
plastic clips and pull out. be careful not to lose any of the o-rings
just pushback in the new tank

mines been off twice and never a problem
