After all of the discussions and tips gained here I took my RG in at 25K to have an inspect and repair if needed on my tensioners. The one in the pic is the inner one. The outer looked fine. They also replaced the lifters since one showed a little scoring but not much. They did all the work and my extended warranty and it cost me 52 bucks out of pocket due to the deductable. Just thought I would send an update since I had posted to this earlier. Thanks to all that gave advice. If your pushing 30k maybe you should have yours checked as well. The inspect only cost 31.50 at my dealer plus gasket.

Thanks for the picture. I'll be replacing mine in a couple weeks when I do the 95" kit. I'll post some pictures as well. I think something people forget when the complain about the tensioners it that it is a wear item.
