Mufflers Without Re-flash ????

Anyone ever run just hi-flow (louder ) mufflers on their bike with stock air cleaner, without a re-jet or reflash?? reason for the question is i have an 05
Se electraglide that the re-flash is not yet available for yet. No promise date.
I cant stand the stock touring mufflers as I cant hear the bike , but worse yet,people cant hear me. ????

The Delphi system will mask fuel problems pretty well due to the pingle. In other words the bike will seem to run allright but it might be dangeriously lean in the Air/Fuel ratio. I also wouldn't change the pipes without changing the air filter to a high flow filter......it's a ballance thing.....air in, air out.
Didn't Harleu come out with a new thing to alter the Air/fUEL RATIO...check it out.

I ran my FLHTI with slip-ons for almost a year with no problems. I hear the Delphi system will compensate for the change. The ECM has parameters and you still will be with in them with just a muffler change. If your are still worried read your plugs.
