Gearbox problem?

Hi, just recently bought my first Harley, an FXD -00 with about 30000kms (18700 miles) on it. Now here´s the thing, in 4th gear there´s a slight whining sound and the pitch goes up as the revs increase. Is this some indication of gearbox problems or is it just "normal" sounds.

Anybody has any ideas?

I have the same sound from my '04 King in fourth. I think it's o.k.
