vibrations

I have noticed a vibration in the motor. With my foot on the shift peg at idle it is smooth when I raise the rpms I get a slapping vibration coming though the pegs. Could this be from the primary? Maybe I have not noticed it before and is all normal.

D_T is on a distinguished road
How many miles on it? When was the last service? Carb or EFI? Any mods or stock? What do the plugs look like? Is the primary chain adjusted properly? How 'bout the clutch and clutch cable?

Any changes to the exhaust? If an exhaust component is not properly isolated, it defeats the rubber-mount's ability to dampen vibration.
