Low Rider carburetor recall letter

I took my brother's 2002 Low Rider into the shop 'cause he had gotten a recall letter from H-D. The service writer said it was so they could rejet the carburetor to run leaner for EPA regs. I refused the service. The bike runs fine now.

Any one else gotten this letter? Have you had the rejet done?

Thanks. You just taught me to check the archives before I post since any question I come up with has probably been answered, re-answered and then beaten to death (like the oil debate).

I found what I needed though-a useless recall.
