Raising the RPM limiter?

Can't seem to find info and I suck with computers! I have an 03 roadking with a Power Commander III I plan on doing tensioners, cam and heads this winter...
My problem is I can't find any PCIII info on how to raise the rev limiter to 6200-6400 RPM . Is this possible with the PCIII or do I have to go to the dealer???

If it's a PC111 USB yes. You need to plug a laptop in or take it off and use an adapter. The software must be on the computer. Hold down control/F and the instructions will come up. It's very easy.

Thank you NVSteve I'll take it out and bring it to the guy that installed and dyno it. Idk why he didn't do it the first time but I remember limiting the dyno test to 5800 rpm because the motor only had 500 miles on her. He probably took that as the limiter. on me for not asking
