Question Weird problem

Ok guys, i have a strange problem, see what you think. On a 2001 heritige, bored to 95, stock carb w/ new jet needle, andrews tg21 cam, vance - hines exhaust, about 40 k. Mi.
On the highway at any speed over 62 mph it will run for about 3 -5 minutes and act as if it was out of gas. Pull in the clutch, wait 20 seconds, and it will run normally as long as i don't go over 62. It will do this every time over 62 mph. I have a pingle fuel valve and no vacuum line. Have checked for water in the fuel, and drained and re filled with fresh gas. And have a new gas cap.
Any ideas would help
thanks,

Has the plug covering the air-fuel mixture screw been removed?

I had a similar problem. Tech found a tank vent hose kinked. He put a new hose on and the problem was solved. Might help you, good luck.

Or a clogged fuel filter or pingle screen

Found the problem

Thanks for the suggestions. As it turns out i pulled the fuel line off of the carb and had good stream. So no screen on the pingle problem. I found that harley uses a thin wall piece of hose where the vent tube goes under the tank console. This hose apparently got weak and collasped. I replaced this hose section and the problem went away. So the tank venting was the problem.
