06 RK. Injected,95", se flatop pistons, 21g andrews cam, stock heads 50,000mi. (build was done about 30,000mi.) Did a valve job, replaced head gaskets with 0.36 and installed V&H true dual head pipes. The rear cylinder is misfiring, only the rear, the front runs smooth. It sounds like its out of time. Checked all the obvious stuff. Any ideas? Thanks

I assumed you double checked cam timing (alignment marks). Broken injector wire? Describe the mis-fire. Pop through the exhaust, no combustion at all, pop through intake, etc.

Poping through the exhaust, compression is good, using the direct link, similar to sert. I called my dyno guy and he seemed to think a new tune would take care of it. I don't wanna bring it over there, get it all set up and have him not able to do the tune cause of some stupid thing. I also don't wanna bring it to the harley shop, spend a hundred bucks, and have them tell me "they all do that".
