Strange "new noise

My ride is an 02 Fatboy FI... Stage one kit.. ECM upgrade w/ Vance and Hines straightshots. Bike runs good. I've always had the "ticking" noise but now I have a new one. When I leave off the throttle I can hear a buzzing or a better description would be it sounds like 2 loose banjo wires with a strong wind blowing between them.. Best description I can come up with.. It's in lower end in front. Cam area I guess.. Only thing I've done is, I changed all the fluids to the new Syn3 and put the Hayden M6 primary chain tensioner on it.. The noise was there before the M6 intstallation.. Like I said it's only there when I leave off the throttle.. Also I have a lot more popping and back firing.. My oil temp runs at right around 200 to 205 degrees.. I run super unleaded gasoline.. Should I put some fuel injection cleaner in it?? I want to take it somewhere and have it fine tuned but don't know where to take it. Don't trust the dealers around here to do a good job..
