Misfire in rear Cylinder

My previous issues from the two previous posts were resolved by dumb luck . It turns out that I had an intake leak in the rear cylinder and a blown front head gasket it's a wonder it even ran. Now all of these items are fixed I have an occasional pop in the rear exhaust . I am thinking with the cams and the 95 inch kit maybe I need to go to a champion or autolite spark plug instead of the HD plugs that are in there . When I ride the bike normally the pop is non existent . No decel popping or anything sounds good otherwise but sometiomes acts at idle like it it is only hitting on one cylinder . Plenty of power . I'm confused My setup is as follows . 95 inch kit , andrews 26a cams , 48 slow jet , 190 main and Arlen Ness big sucker and V&H Straight Shots . Do I need to have computer reflashed for these cams ? Or is it something much simpler than that . Opinions ?
