You can't use the new style cams, they use a larger diameter inner bearing. You have to use Andrews "N" series conversion cams or send the cams you want to use out to a reputable machinist who can turn down the inner bearing race on your cams and then heat treat/harden them again. Woods can do this, don't know who else I'd trust though. Your 01 is a bit different from the later bikes, they don't use the trigger ring, Delphi systems get all the timing information from the crank trigger.
