Basics
Start checking the 3 things needed: Air, fuel, ignition. Take out the plugs, are they wet with fuel, hook them to the ends of the wires an lay them on the head or other ground, see if there is spark. Run A compression check.

Buddy of mine had a similer problem while on a trip. Brought the bike to the dealer and they found a slight break in a connection due to going over some railway tracks. No money for parts needed, just a little time.
I'd start with all your connections. By any chance did you just wash your bike when it started acting up?
Good luck.

It would be a benefit to all reading this post if you could be a little more decriptive of your bike. What year, fuel injected, yes I got that by reading your tag line. I can also see by your vid that it is some softail model. The very first thing is to unplug the powercommander and see how it behaves.
After that I would be checking for leaks in the in-tank fuel lines. Is the check engine light coming back on after you try to start the bike? Leaky in-tank fuel lines will not normally show check engine codes.
There was also a problem with the fuel filter on 07 or 08 models, the filter housing would crack causing symptoms like yours.

I noticed on your video the sound of the fuel pump running after the bike quits, and seems to run longer than normal to build up pressure. I think I would start with checking the in-tank lines. My .02 cents worth.
As far as checking pressure, Harley has a special adapter for that. Maybe someone else knows of a good, cheap way to do it.

I went back and reviewed your video again. Defenately a problem inside the tank, sounds like fuel spray. Time to pop the canopy off the tank and get elbows deep into it. What year bike? Still have a warranty? If milage and age are not too great this may fall under the extended emissions warranty, just something to think about.

I don`t know if you or the person replacing your plugs a couple of weeks ago applied anti sieze to the plug threads, but I had a stalling problem which after a lot of checking, turned out to be caused by the anti sieze compound...I had put a little too much on the threads and some of it was on the end of the plug. This stuff conducts electricity and it was shorting the spark. This may not be your problem but.....

Make sure you change the gasket and the screws on the tank because they will leak.
The pump is actually on a spring loaded hinge its tricky to get out but once you do its easy to re-install. You have to disconnect the supply line first,I cant tell in the picture if you did.
