Oil leaking engine to primary

Hello everyone I have a problem with oil levels, my engine oil is transfering itself from where its supposed to be into my primary case. Took all the primary apart and changed the oil seal on the end of the crank its still loosing oil this way and is also dripping when stopped. any help would be greatly appreciatted and much love coming your way.

I ran across this problem myself when working on an '02 Roadking. At the advice of another mechanic, I changed the main seal as you did but with the same result.
I discovered that the two sheet metal screws that hold the stater plug mount on the inside of the primary were actually the problem. I removed both screws and the mount, cleaned both screws and holes with acetone, applied 3 Bond 1104 to the threads of the screws and replaced everthing. I let it set overnight.
The problem is that the engine vacuum is sucking the oil out of the primary into the crankcase, and then pushing it back into the oil tank.

Made a mistake - comes from working on too many bikes! The bike I used this fix on was a 98 Evo - where the screws actually went right into the crankcase.
This design flaw was corrected on the Twin Cam, where it has a raised boss.
