Al's 04 Fatboy stage 3 tweeking advice

Winter performance upgrades for a not so mechanically inclined HD enthusiast. I have my work done by my local HD dealer. Here are the stats as is so far:

O4 Fatboy 42,000 mi.
branch heads
1550 flat head pistons
crane 570 cams
cam bearing tc88
mikuni 42
pro hypercharger with K&N air
screaming eagle push rods high perf.
V&H pro pipe 2-1
Dyno Hp 86.54 torque 90.67
power commander

What else needs to be known to discuss this intelligently?

I'm thinking of putting a gear driven cam kit in from Branch and would like to reduce the noise with the LSR 2-1 blackhole exhaust system along with an air/fuel ratio gauge from RB racing. Any thoughts on this. I'm not looking for much more in HP or Torque but would like it to run smoother and quieter

Thanks for all the great info here!
Al

sounds like a good plan...you should have a good runner...for smoothness/quiet I can make a few suggestions...corrected valvetrain geometry will help with those aggressive cams...gear drive is iffy, because you don't know what your pinion shaft runout is...crankshaft runout/smoothness can be corrected by splitting cases and truing/balancing/welding, but this is expensive...definitely have your runout checked by a pro, not the dealer...you may have a good bottom end, no way to know without checking...the rbracing blackhole is a wild card...I have only seen one dyno chart with it, and the torque curve was no good...others have used it and liked it...I like the supertrapp supermeg for quiet performance...I have some more ideas, send me a private message if you're interested
