Only place I have seen a kit is in JP Cycles book.

HD#s
45803-97 oil lock stop
45842-77A retaining ring, oil seal
45865-84 Spacer, seal
45866-84 Bushing, slide
45875-84A Oil seal
45940-84 Bushing, fork leg

If you are rebuilding this is what I would get.

I should have stated that those part numbers are out of the 2005 touring part manual.
