Need Help With 95" Tw6hg Build

Getting ready to do my 95" build. JE 10.25 forged pistons,TP forged rollers,SE forged rocker supports, Woods tw6hg cams, SE quick install pushrods, 3.37 gears, Power comander 3,Supertrapp tuneable disc megaphone slip-ons, stock ported heads, Energy-1 extra plate kevlar clutch, stock heads ported with bigger valves.I am in california, [shitty gas] not sure what to shoot for on the squish and compression. I really want a torque monster ,but I don't want to be too far over on the ccp [psi] ? Head porter said he would cc the heads to what ever I want, will be using commetic .030 head gasket, whats going to be too much on compression? Would like to see 100lbs TQ @ 2500 rpm's. Please help me with your tech. advice and tell me where you think I will be for this build, ps bike is 04 road king classic ,stage 1, thanks for your input
