New Design Compensator Sprocket

Anybody ever try one of these available from JP Cycle.

http://www.jpcycles.com/Search/Produ...tt=Compensator Sprocket&Ns=&results=10&Nao=

I've had my compensator shake loose twice and was wondering if anybody had any thoughts or experience with this product.

I tried one briefly. Didnt care for the design. The compensator is a screw type, not a ramp type. I figured with a built motor, it would wear in really short order...I welded it and ran a sold for a while...Have a stock back in mine now...If your keeps coming loose, check the stack height and make sure the nuts not bottoming out. Clean threads good, use red locktite and let set for a day or 2 before adding oil or running.

Don't know why you'd think it would tear up. Bacically one good hole shot and those friggin threads will be so tight it would be solid from there and no more wear.
