Ultima belt drive clutch drag!

Hi folks, recently fitted a 3.35" primary beltdrive to my evo and its dragging like crazy ! I'm getting about .065" of lift on the pressure plate but the pressure plate isn't lifting evenly being approximately .040" - .050" out of true. This I feel fairly sure is the reason for the clutch drag but adjusting the pressure plate springs appears to have no effect on the "flatness" of the pressure plate !!! Any ideas on a solution to this problem guys ?? Rob
