Primo III Belt drive/ clutch adjustments

I have been trying to get the clutch adjustment right.
Pimo III belt drive, has dry clutch, 1987 FLHTC with
42,000 miles. cluch and drive was pretty new when I got
the bike with 40,000 miles, clutch adjustment lasts me
a couple weeks and starts slipping again.. I adjust by
the specs on website.

Any advice? Help please
