Ive just instaled a new andrews gear set along with a new andrews main shaft in a stock 1984 FXWG case. After about 1000km the starter gear engaged the kicker gear while I was riding causing the kicker gear to rotate and break the stud off that gear. I have now replaced the entire kicker assembly complete with new parts. The problem still happens soon after start up...im lost with this one....
